Cuando hay una conexión o un problema
Si tienes un vuelo de conexión, pregunta Do I need to collect my luggage during the layover? o Will my bag be checked through to Madrid?. Si el primer vuelo llega tarde, explica la consecuencia: My flight was delayed, and I’m going to miss my connection. El personal puede indicar un nuevo vuelo, una puerta distinta o el mostrador de conexiones.
Para equipaje perdido, conserva la etiqueta que recibiste al facturar y describe la maleta: My suitcase didn’t arrive. It’s a medium-sized black case with a red tag. Para un objeto olvidado dentro del avión, pregunta por lost property o lost and found, según el país.
