Incorrecto: I have an urgency.

Correcto: This is an emergency.

I’m at platform 4 at Central Station. My friend has fallen and cannot stand. Please call emergency services.

We’re on the A7 near exit 12. Our car has broken down in a dangerous position. We need roadside assistance.

Si no entiendes una pregunta, usa Could you repeat that slowly? o What information do you need?.

Incorrecto: They robbed my wallet.

Correcto: My wallet was stolen.

Incorrecto: I am bad.

Correcto: I don’t feel well.

I am bad habla de conducta o calidad, no de salud.
