Frases en inglés

Frases en inglés para confirmar asistencia

Respuesta rápida: Para confirmar asistencia en inglés puedes decir “I confirm that I will attend” en un contexto formal, “I’ll be there” en un tono neutral o informal, y “I can make it” cuando quieres decir que el horario te viene bien.

Thank you for the invitation. I confirm that I will attend the meeting on Thursday at 3 p.m.

That time works for me. I’ve accepted the calendar invite.

Esa hora me viene bien.

Puedes escribir: Thank you for the opportunity. I confirm that I will attend the interview on....

Thank you for your email. I confirm that I will attend the interview on Wednesday at 11 a.m.

I confirm that I will join the video call using the link provided.

Si no puedes asistir

No confirmes con ambigüedad. Si no puedes, dilo de forma clara y ofrece alternativas: I’m afraid I can’t attend at that time. Would it be possible to reschedule?. Si quieres sonar menos formal, puedes decir I can’t make it at that time.

Para aceptar, puedes escribir Thank you for the invitation. I’ll be attending. Para rechazar, Thank you for inviting me, but I won’t be able to attend evita dejar al organizador esperando.

Cuando participan personas de varios países, añade la zona horaria: I confirm that I’ll join the call at 4 p.m. CET.

I’ve accepted the invitation and will attend in person.

He aceptado la invitación y asistiré presencialmente.

I can attend, but I’ll need to leave at 4:30.

I’m tentatively available o I’ve marked it as tentative comunica que la asistencia todavía depende de otra condición. Si no asistirás, I’ve declined the invitation es claro y neutral.

EstadoFraseCuándo usarla
ConfirmadoI’ve accepted the calendar invitation.Ya aceptaste el evento.
ProvisionalI’m tentatively available, pending another meeting.Existe un posible conflicto.
No asistirásI’ve declined the invitation, but I’ll review the notes afterward.Rechazas y explicas el siguiente paso si hace falta.
Esperas confirmaciónI should be able to confirm by Thursday.Todavía no puedes comprometerte.

Si el evento tiene varias opciones de hora, modalidad o ubicación, confirma el dato relevante en el mensaje: I can attend on Tuesday at 3 p.m. and I’ll join via Teams.
