Brusco: Stop, I want to say something.

Más natural: Can I jump in for a second?

Poco claro: I interrupt you.

Más natural: Sorry to interrupt.

Demasiado largo: Excuse me, I am very sorry to disturb your speaking time.

Más natural: Sorry to interrupt — I’ll be brief.

A: We can launch on Wednesday if the design is ready.

B: Can I jump in for a second? The design is ready, but QA still needs one more day.

A: Thanks for clarifying. Let’s move the launch to Thursday.

Si hablas al mismo tiempo que otra persona, detente y cede el turno: Sorry, we spoke at the same time. Please go ahead. Para avisar de un problema técnico, entra de forma breve: Sorry to interrupt, but we can’t hear you.

En grupos grandes, usa el nombre para evitar confusión: Could I come in after Maya? o James, may I clarify one point?.

Si tu aportación es breve, devolver explícitamente el turno hace que la conversación fluya mejor: Sorry, I just wanted to clarify that. Please continue o That’s all from me — go ahead.

Entrar para añadir algoCan I add one thing?Pide un turno breve.
Interrupción algo más directaSorry to cut in, but there’s one important detail.Cut in reconoce que cortas el turno.
Ceder tras hablar a la vezSorry — you go ahead.Devuelve inmediatamente el turno.
Terminar tu aclaraciónThanks. Please continue.

En una reunión formal, Could I stop you there for a moment? o May I clarify one point before we move on? explican mejor por qué necesitas interrumpir.
