  • What’s one thing I could improve? — facilita una respuesta concreta.
  • Did anything feel unclear or incomplete? — útil para documentos y presentaciones.
  • How did I handle the client’s questions? — pide evaluación sobre una actuación.
  • Could you review this before I send it? — solicita una revisión previa, no necesariamente una evaluación extensa.

Práctica breve

Transforma estas evaluaciones en feedback accionable.

  1. “Your report is confusing.”
  2. “Good presentation.”
  3. “You always send things late.”
Ver respuestas posibles
  1. The recommendations are useful, but the order of the sections is difficult to follow. Could we move the summary to the beginning?
  2. The presentation was well paced, and the final example made the process easy to understand.
  3. The last two files arrived after the agreed review time, which reduced the testing window. Could we set an earlier handover point?

Cómo convertir una opinión en feedback accionable

El feedback resulta más útil cuando describe una conducta observable, explica su efecto y propone un siguiente paso. En lugar de Your presentation was confusing, puedes precisar: The main recommendation appeared only on the final slide, so it was difficult to identify the decision you needed from us. Could you introduce it near the beginning next time?

PartePregunta que respondeFrase posible
Situación¿Cuándo ocurrió?In yesterday’s project update...
Observación¿Qué viste u oíste?...the risks were listed without owners or dates.
Efecto¿Qué consecuencia tuvo? That made it difficult to agree on the next steps.
Petición¿Qué cambio ayudaría?Could you add an owner and a target date to each risk?

Evita presentar una interpretación como si fuera un hecho: You didn’t care about the deadline atribuye una intención. Es más verificable decir The file arrived two days after the agreed deadline. Para pedir la perspectiva de la otra persona, añade How did you see it? o Was there a constraint I may have missed?.
