Por ejemplo: “I’m sorry to hear that. Could you confirm your order number? I’ll review your case and get back to you by Friday.”

“It’s not our fault”, “You are wrong” o “Read the policy” pueden ser gramaticalmente entendibles, pero no funcionan bien como atención al cliente.

Incorrecto: You are wrong.

Correcto: I understand the concern. Let me check the details.

La versión correcta no acusa y abre la puerta a revisar la información.

Incorrecto: Read the policy.

Correcto: This request is not covered by our refund policy.

Incorrecto: Wait for our answer.

Correcto: We’ll update you as soon as we have more information.

El cierre profesional indica qué ocurrirá después.

Incorrecto: We can’t do nothing.

Correcto: I’m afraid we’re unable to make that change.

Por ejemplo: I understand that the second charge is still showing. I’m checking the payment records with our billing team and I’ll update you by 4 p.m. tomorrow.

I can see why that would be frustrating. Let me check the latest status.

We don’t have the final answer yet, but the technical team is reviewing the logs.

Indica con claridad que la investigación continúa.

I’ll follow up with you tomorrow even if there is no final resolution yet.

Evita frases vagas como We are working on it cuando puedas añadir información útil.
